Personnel who are specialized in their fields, solution-oriented, and compatible with Dikkaya team and corporate culture are preferred, and it is our principle to work with them for many years. Dikkaya human resources provides maximum efficiency to the company with the system it uses to "employ the right personnel in the right unit" and simultaneously guides the career planning of the personnel. Dikkaya provides the training needed by its personnel and constantly improves its investments to achieve the planned career.

Recruitment Policy
DIKKAYA has adopted the policy of equal opportunity for every personnel candidate.

Orientation and training policies are carried out to ensure compliance with the areas of duty during recruitment.

Necessary information is provided to employees about wages, career, education, health and similar issues and their opinions are exchanged. They are actively involved in the process.

While all rights of employees are implemented without exception in accordance with the relevant provisions of the labor law, according to Dikkaya Corporate Culture, maximum care is taken to ensure that employees are not discriminated against based on race, religion or language, and that they are not subjected to physical or mental ill-treatment within the company.

Adaptation Program

After the recruitment period, an Adaptation Program is applied to our new teammates to help them adapt to the job and the corporate culture. Within the scope of this program, new employees are given training on company corporate culture, team-equipment and general information, their development is monitored and their work is guided under the supervision of their superiors in the unit they work in. Evaluations of employees who complete the Adaptation Program are presented to company managers. The results are used to improve the program to be carried out in the next period.

Internship Opportunity at Dikkaya

Dikkaya Group has a quota for interns every semester. It plays an important role in determining the career goals of intern students. First of all, students who are subject to compulsory internship are given the opportunity. Dikkaya sees its interns as its teammates, and aims to see high-performing interns as teammates after the internship, if there is a vacant position. Interns provide service, food, etc. They benefit from rights such as free of charge.
